Week 16 - completion: installation and support overview

This week we will consider the completion stage in more detail, with an overview of installation and support issues.  The slides are in the installation tab.

 In the following weeks, we will examine the related activities in more detail, for example data migration, end-user training, etc.

    hello,

    In the deployment plan, when it come to the changeover phase, can we use 3 methods?
    for example starting with the parallel method to pilot method then to direct changeover ?

      Yes, you can use a combination of methods, if that meets the needs of the client. You need to consider where hardware and/or software is being installed, and how data migration, training and other activities will fit together, bearing in mind the nature of the organisation.
